We started this business because we know what it's like to have busy schedules, be a busy parent or even wanting that freedom to spend time with family and return to a clean home.
We both know the value of cleaning and how much it will take of ours and your shoulders knowing that we can help, and you can relax.

The name Elysian means a blissful state and that's what we want when we clean, is to leave your home in such a blissful state that it leaves you feeling relaxed and happy.

This is our C.E.O Chief Executive Officer Owner and founder of Elysian cleaning services D&C She is an honest and hard-working person; she works as a Youth officer and run's this business and does work like any other worker, she isn't afraid to help others and do just as much work as everyone else. She is a mother of 5 and also has a second business that she runs with her Fiancé called Thickk By M&J clothing line which will be re-opening soon. She runs this business with her business partner and best friend as well as running her home.

Atina'e or Naz is second in charge in the business, she came up with the name Elysian as is ties to being Polynesian and the meaning behind t means blissful state which is how we want to leave your homes after we are done. She is a hard worker and is also dedicated to working and giving her all. She is a mother to three beautiful babies and is a Pastor at a Samoan congregation in Penrith. So not only is she second in charge of the business she is also a leader in God's work, and they help those in need with their hands and feet giving away free food for those who need help.

Elysian cleaning services and our prices will depend on what type of servcie you are asking for, please look at our commercial and domestic page for information on the type of cleaning we offer.
Please note that for all bookings to be guaranteed we ask for a deposit which is half of the asking price we offer to be paid in advance, this not only secures your date for the clean but it will also cover us for any last minute cancellations, this will cover out time and clients we have missed out on due to you booking this date. This is a non- refundable deposit if you decide to cancel at any time.
Full payment will be required from our clients on the day of the clean before we proceed or right after we are done.
We also ask that you sign our contracts and our T&C's before anything if you are happy with us going ahead with the clean.
Elysian will also be taking before and after shots of our cleaning and we ask that you agree to this if you are happy for us to post these on our social media for others to see what we can offer.( Note that we do not disclose any information on whos property we are tending to or names or any personal photos).
We also want our customers to acknowledge that we are a cleaning company, we clean your home not pick up after our clients, please any personal itemsl eg. Clothes, kids dirty diapers they are your responsibility before we arrive or otherwise we will be charging $50- $100 on top on the day if we have to pick up after you).

Please remeber just because our prices are solid doesn't mean we don't have a heart to work something out with our clients.
Please note that signing the contract first does not apply if it's a smaller job that we do not need to come out and do a quote for.

1)Room2room service (if under $70)
2) Any of our deep cleans that are under $100
3) Any of our bundles that are under $100
Contract will be signed on the date of these types of cleans but T&C's a must read and cash on the day.

Please read all aspects of this website to understand our why's to our prices.
We will charge based on what you want us to do on your quote viewing day eg, you say general (refer to general clean) but when we arrive you show us what you want clean and we realise it is not a general clean it is more of a inspection type of clean, meaning that everything you just asked for is in our inspection clean we will charge based on that because it's more than a general clean. this does not mean it is an inspection clean it's just we go of the inspection clean charges.
So please read carefully and pick your clean :)
Viewing Quotes
Dear clients

Booking a viewing quote with Elysian means we will come out to your property and look at the work you want done and the state or size of the home we have to clean.
This means that on that same day of the viewing quote we take non-refundable deposit if you sign the contract because you agree with our price we have given prior to signing.
Please note that by signing these contracts your legally binding to our contract and agreed to the price and agreeing to paying deposit on that day.

So please be sure that you are prepared for this when we come out.

The deposit is made to cover us of any last minute cancellations or a change of mind.
This will cover our expenses of making our way out/travel time and we are cancelled, buying products that a client has specificaly requested for due to allergies or just perfers.

4) Bed making is at an extra cost (please note we do not provide bed sheets, quilt covers or pillow cases)

1) Bedrooms 2) Kitchen 3)Living room 4)Dining room 5)Bathroom 5)Any Extra rooms that are not listed will be an extra charge Our General cleaning will contain of: 1) Moping/Vacuuming 2) window/ window seal cleaning 3) Cleaning of outside of all cupboards, draws, built-ins in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom 4) Stove top/oven cleaning 5) wiping down of bench tops 6) cleaning of sinks in bathroom and kitchen 7) Dusting down 8) Cleaning down of table Please note if you are moving into a new pace or moving out and it is empty we do clean inside and outside of all cupboards.

Full house clean

Full house cleaning includes general cleaning (Please refer to general cleaning)plus extras such as: 1) Dusting and wiping down of Tv 2) Re-arrange/sorting of ornaments, book shelves etc. 3) walls and skirting boards (Please note this is just a quick wipe down of all walls) 4) Emptying of bins 5) wiping down of fridge, washing machine.

Inspection clean

Inspection clean includes General cleaning+ Full house clean with more thoroughness and extras such as: 1) Wipe down of your walls + a second coat of wiping and scrubbing. 2) Laundry is included (All clothes in laundry to put in a basket or out of our way please) 3) Clean on top of your fridge 4) Brooming down cobwebs 5) washing up of any leftover dishes on sink (this is to help us clean the sink and benches without any obstacles in the way). If you have a dishwashing machine we will rinse all dishes and cutleries and place inside, please note that the rest is for you to do. (we will not turn on your dishwashing machine). 6) Making of bed (At an extra cost, find price in extra cost page). We do not clean lights and light shades, we do not overreach above things that are hard to get to for safety reasons. We will clean all cobwebs seen if reachable.

Occasions clean ups

Yes we offer clean ups for special occasions! We do a wedding strike team we take care of the cleaning when use are enjoying your special day we do the cleaning after use have gotten ready for your big day. Just send through a message and we can talk details with you. Yes, we are offering birthday party clean up's ages 16 and under. That's right we will be at your place to clean up outside or inside after your parties, while you relax. Please read below the service we provide. (Please note all birthday parties must be booked two weeks in advanced.) We here at Elysians will not be responsible for any Alcohol left unattended when we arrive on site as we are a non-alcoholic service. Our services are strictly there to clean up after your children's day. Not sure if we will cover your occasion please message us and we can answer any questions you have.

End of lease cleaning

End of lease cleaning covers all rooms excluding Garage. All rooms will have walls cleaned windows + Window seals cleaned cleaning of all Skirting boards & Removal of all rubbish and all blinds cleaned. Anything left inside cupboards will be thrown away, all cobwebs will be wiped down if reachable. We do not clean ceilings and no above cupboard cleans if we cannot reach, for all safety reasons we will do what is safe for ourselves. Bathrooms 1) Wiping down any cabinets or shelves inside and out 2) Moping of floor 3) washing and cleaning of Shower & Bathtubs 4) Cleaning of sink 5) Mirror cleaning 6) Toilet cleaning Bedrooms: 1) Moping/Vacuuming of floors 2) Mirror cleaning 3) Wiping down of draws 4) Cleaning of built-ins and inside Kitchen: 1) Wiping down of benches 2)Cleaning of all cupboards inside and out 3) Cleaning of oven & Oven tops 4) Cleaning down of sinks 5) cleaning of splash back 6) Mopping 7) Cleaning and removing any grease Dining room: 1) Mopping/vacuumed 2) Cleaning of any cupboards or draws inside and out Please note we do not clean your light shades, due to safety reasons or be responsible for any belongings left behind if you do not collect as you leave.

End of lease cleans

End of lease cleaning for any commercial property for us is a big job, we don't just clean we really CLEAN when it comes to cleaning here at Elysian cleaning services. We have fees of late bookings, all bookings for end of lease cleaning we need at least a weeks' notice before the job. We do full house cleaning including carpet cleaning which is an extra on top as this is not a easy job to do.

Office clean

We have set prices for office cleans depending on the size of office, we have a fee for late booking. All bookings must be sent to us a week before the job is required.

Other cleaning services

If you are interested in our cleaning services and not sure if we do it or not please refer to our contact section and we can answer any questions you may have for us. We can work with schools, real estates, day care centres and more.

General cleaning

Our general clean is just your basic rooms. You can do room to room or all rooms included in the general clean, prices vary. 1. Bedrooms- anymore then 3 charges may apply. 2. Bathrooms only 1 any more will be extra charge. 3. Kitchen and Dining rooms are charge separately even if you have an open plan area. 4. living room or lounge room (If you have 2 living/lounge areas note one is not included in cost it will be extra charge) 5. Garage will also have an extra cost depending on the work it needs done and size. Bed making is an extra cost.

Full house

Full house clean is your general clean (please refer to general cleaning services) Plus extra on top as written on the domestic cleaning page. Full house is a basic wipe down and clean of the house and our prices are solid on a full house clean and will only differ depending of the size of home, such as two story house.

Inspection clean

Inspection clean is known as our thorough clean this is because we will do general cleaning plus full home clean and more with more thoroughness to the clean, this will include your laundry. Inspection clean is more work for us due to being viewed by your landlord or agency. Please refer to our domestic cleaning page for more info on what we offer on Inspection cleans.

Special occasion clean ups

Clean ups consist of (depending on what is requested of us and what occasion some don't need to be done and some do.) 1) Removal of rubbish 2) Cleaning down of tables and chairs used 3) Assemble any chairs in a clean way 4) Taking down decorations 5) Putting rubbish in bin's provided by Clients 6) Any good food that has not been eaten we will put Away in containers provided by our clients and stored and stacked neatly into fridge. (please provide us with containers if not notify us beforehand so we can sort out containers, extra cost) INSIDE CLEAN UPS 1) Removal of rubbish 2) Cleaning down of tables and chairs used. 3)Assembling of chairs back to place 4)Washing up of dishes/ loading dishwasher (note for Dishwashers we will load, and the rest is yours to do) 5)Wiping down of counter top's used 6) Taking down all decorations 7) Mopping/vacuuming of floors in party area. 8) Putting away food that is still good in containers and store them neatly into fridge. (please provide containers for this otherwise notify us and we will sort it out at an extra cost.) Saturday rates apply. out of area fees apply. Note all food scraps will be put into bags of rubbish and put into your bin (unless it's whole and has not been eaten). Please remember to check your bins prior to booking as this is a big part of the clean-up, all Bin's need to be empty enough for rubbish to go in or otherwise we will put rubbish to the side of your bin's we do not take rubbish home with us.

End of lease cleaning

Includes everything that needs to be cleaned inside our domestic or commercial properties, our prices will vary on size of the domestic or commercial property and the work that needs to be done.

Shan had notified me about a clean she needed done 2-3 weeks prior to our clean. Shan requested for a End of lease clean we all know how stressful this can be and wonder if we even have the strength left after koving to clean it all.
Elysian cleaning services d&c took it on got it done even with one person down.
But I got it done and it turned out amazing, this was Shan's response after our clean had been done.

Amy is a young mum who had just moved out with her family yo their new home, we had just finished a clean late Thursday and upon dropping my business partner home we recieved a messenger message from Amy.
Now Amy was stressed and just wanted to find someone willing to take on her end of lease clean so she could attend to her baby.

Yes OUT & ABOUT means we will be cleaning your home with chemicals used and with space for us to clean we would like our customers to be out and about while we do our job that we were requested to do.

If you have any valueables please we ask that you store them away somewhere safe only you know.
We also note that we only clean outside your draws, cupboards never inside.

So we ask that you sign out and be out and about for us to do our work.

This is only for our big jobs, inspection clean, end of lease cleans and full house clean.
If you can be out of our way in a room in your home where not needed to be cleaned, that is fine as well, but with children we ask that we have everyone out of the way till we are finished.

We will not tolerate or take any abuse, physically or verbally from any of our clients. We do not clean up anything that is illegal or any Alcohol, the safety of us and our workers is our priority. We do not take rubbish home from any of our client's place of work or homes.

 These terms and Conditions are the standard terms which apply to the provision of cleaning services by Elysian Cleaning Services D&C (“the company”) to customers who require their homes to be cleaned. 

Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to them. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 1. Information about us

 1.1 We are a Private Entity

 1.2 We trade under the name Elysian Home Cleaning Services

 2. Communication and Contact Details

 2.1 If you wish to contact Us with questions or complaints, You may contact us by telephone or by email at elysian_cleaningservicesD.C@outlook.com 

2.2 You can also contact us by our social media profile on Facebook which is Elysian Cleaning Services D&C.

 2.3 In certain circumstances you must contact us in writing/as stated in above contact information. 

3. Fees and Payment 

3.1 We will calculate the total price for your service based on the following factors:

 3.1.1 Number of Rooms 

3.1.2 Size of Home

 3.1.3 Cleaning Services Required

 3.1.4 And any extra service or products requested by customer. 

3.2 A non-refundable deposit is required upon commencement of service, this is to be paid on day of viewing quote.

 3.3 We accept the following payment methods upon completion of service:

 3.3.1 Credit/Debit Card 

3.3.2 Bank Transfer/PayID 

3.3.3 Cash

 4. Cleaning Services 

4.1 We will provide the Cleaning Services in accordance with specifications set out in the accepted Quotation and in the Agreement (as may be amended by agreement between You and Us from time of service).

 4.2 We will begin to provide the Cleaning Services on the Start Date that has been agreed upon or scheduled. 

4.3 We will ensure that the Cleaning Services are performed with reasonable care and skill and to a reasonable standard which is consistent with best practice in the cleaning market.

 4.4 We will ensure that We comply with all relevant codes of practice.

 4.5 We will be using our own cleaning products and equipment unless you advise of your own products to be used (as some may have allergies). 

4.6 Under no circumstances will We be responsible for any alcohol or drugs left on premises. These are solely the client’s responsibility due to Health and Safety Regulations. 

4.7 Under no circumstances will We move heavy furniture or other items to provide the Cleaning Services.

 4.8 Unless specifically agreed at the time of the Order, We will not clean any items which appear to be antique or fragile or which, We deem is valuable to the client.

 4.9 To avoid any accusations or misfortunate circumstances We advise that You place all valuable items in a place you feel they will be safe.

 4.10 Any cancellations will result in a refund (if the full amount of service has been paid) except for the deposit as mentioned in 3.2
