Elysian Home Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions for Residential Homes Background:

 These terms and Conditions are the standard terms which apply to the provision of cleaning services by Elysian Cleaning Services D&C (“the company”) to customers who require their homes to be cleaned. 

Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand and agree to them. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 1. Information about us

 1.1 We are a Private Entity

 1.2 We trade under the name Elysian Home Cleaning Services

 2.3 In certain circumstances you must contact us in writing/as stated in above contact information. 

3. Fees and Payment 

3.1 We will calculate the total price for your service based on the following factors:

 3.1.1 Number of Rooms 

3.1.2 Size of Home

 3.1.3 Cleaning Services Required

 3.1.4 And any extra service or products requested by customer. 

3.2 A non-refundable deposit is required upon commencement of service, this is to be paid on day of viewing quote.

 3.3 We accept the following payment methods upon completion of service:

 3.3.1 Credit/Debit Card 

3.3.2 Bank Transfer/PayID 

3.3.3 Cash

 4. Cleaning Services 

4.1 We will provide the Cleaning Services in accordance with specifications set out in the accepted Quotation and in the Agreement (as may be amended by agreement between You and Us from time of service).

 4.2 We will begin to provide the Cleaning Services on the Start Date that has been agreed upon or scheduled. 

4.3 We will ensure that the Cleaning Services are performed with reasonable care and skill and to a reasonable standard which is consistent with best practice in the cleaning market.

 4.4 We will ensure that We comply with all relevant codes of practice.

 4.5 We will be using our own cleaning products and equipment unless you advise of your own products to be used (as some may have allergies). 

4.6 Under no circumstances will We be responsible for any alcohol or drugs left on premises. These are solely the client’s responsibility due to Health and Safety Regulations. 

4.7 Under no circumstances will We move heavy furniture or other items to provide the Cleaning Services.

 4.8 Unless specifically agreed at the time of the Order, We will not clean any items which appear to be antique or fragile or which, We deem is valuable to the client.

 4.9 To avoid any accusations or misfortunate circumstances We advise that You place all valuable items in a place you feel they will be safe.

 4.10 Any cancellations will result in a refund (if the full amount of service has been paid) except for the deposit as mentioned in 3.2
