Booking a viewing quote with Elysian means we will come out to your property and look at the work you want done and the state or size of the home we have to clean. This means that on that same day of the viewing quote we take non-refundable deposit if you sign the contract because you agree with our price we have given prior to signing. Please note that by signing these contracts your legally binding to our contract and agreed to the price and agreeing to paying deposit on that day.
So please be sure that you are prepared for this when we come out.
The deposit is made to cover us of any last minute cancellations or a change of mind. This will cover our expenses of making our way out/travel time and we are cancelled, buying products that a client has specificaly requested for due to allergies or just perfers.
